The SCSSA has been a very productive way for myself to connect with industry professional vendors and owners to find solutions to common issues in our industry and continues to provide information on upcoming events that affect all of us.

We cannot say enough good things about the South Carolina Self Storage Association! It is a lifeline of information and support for small facilities like ours. They have been there for us from the moment we opened this facility: helping us troubleshoot maintenance issues, offering ideas for marketing and customer support, and providing valuable information about day-to-day operations. They have also provided continuing education to our staff on everything from legal matters to property improvements and re-financing. We have also learned that they lobby legislators on behalf of our industry--a task that, as managers of a small facility, we simply don't have the manpower to pursue on our own. If you operate a self-storage facility and aren't already a member, now is your time to make that change!

I wanted to thank & compliment [The SCSSA] on the just concluded meeting SCSSA in Columbia. As a long time operator of self storage facilities, I found the educational topics germane to the environment we are all doing business in (and I didn't have to fly across the country).
